Detailed Description
The Engine Heater is a dedicated heating device designed to directly heat the cleaning fluid injected into the cylinders using the spark plug holes of a gasoline engine and maintain it at a constant temperature.
It operates by removing the spark plugs from each cylinder and inserting dedicated heater plugs to directly transfer heat generated by the heater rods to the cleaning fluid.
A 4-channel independent temperature control system allows for individual control of the four heater plugs installed in the engine, enabling ON/OFF control and temperature settings for each channel. The heater rods themselves are designed to reach temperatures up to 700°C.
In actual operation, the control box temperature is set to approximately 300°C, and the temperature of the cleaning fluid inside the cylinders is raised and maintained at 80°C ± 20°C. The procedure is configured to maintain this temperature for at least two hours.
This product applies the latest technology to provide high precision and reliability. It delivers stable performance even under demanding measurement conditions required in industrial environments, and features a user-friendly interface that anyone can easily use.
Key Features
- 1. Direct Internal Cylinder Heating Method
- Heat is directly transferred to the cleaning fluid inside the cylinder by inserting a dedicated heater plug into the spark plug hole.
- 2. 4-Channel Independent Temperature Control
- The four heater plugs can be controlled independently, allowing for management of the heating status for each cylinder.
- 3. Channel-Specific ON/OFF Control
- Individual switches are applied to each heater channel, allowing for selective operation of only the necessary cylinders.
- 4. Digital Temperature Control
- The set temperature and heating status can be intuitively checked via a digital temperature controller for each channel.
- 5. Heater Structure Capable of Up to 700°C
- The heater rod itself is designed to reach a maximum temperature of 700°C, supporting cleaning fluid heating even in the internal engine environment where high heat loss occurs.
- 6. Internal Temperature Monitoring
- The system is configured to allow monitoring of the heating status by incorporating an internal temperature measurement location on the heater plug.
- 7. Cleaning Fluid Temperature Maintenance
- It can be used to raise the internal engine cleaning fluid temperature to approximately 80°C ± 20°C and maintain it for a certain period of time. 8. Application to Gasoline Engines
- Its structure, utilizing the spark plug holes, allows for application in the internal cylinder cleaning of gasoline engines.
- 9. Dedicated System Suitable for Repetitive Operations
- By configuring the heater plug and dedicated control box into an integrated system, it can handle repetitive engine cleaning tasks.
- 10. Cylinder-Specific Status Management
- Each heater can be controlled independently, allowing it to respond to differences in heating status among the engine's cylinders.
