Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most often before a quote request.

What is the standard lead time?

It depends on the product. Jigs and measuring instruments take about 2 to 2.5 months, spline gauges about 3 months, and general gauges about 1 month. The exact lead time is fixed after we review your drawings.

Can you build small quantities (1-2 pieces)?

We build to order, so single-piece production is our norm and 1-2 pieces is no problem. Volume production is also available when you need it.

What drawing formats can I send?

We accept 2D drawings (PDF, DWG) and 3D data (STEP, IGES). If you have no drawing at all, send us a physical sample or your measurement requirements and we will handle reverse engineering and design.

Which standards and accuracy levels do you support?

We work to KS, DIN and ISO standards as well as your own in-house standards. There is no fixed measuring range — each gauge is built for your part — and we offer two accuracy grades, 0.01mm and 0.003mm.

Do you issue quality certificates and inspection reports?

We provide an inspection report on request.
