Detailed Description

The Engine Hot Air Heater is a dedicated engine hot air system that supplies compressed air to a heated heater to deliver the heated air into the cylinder, thereby indirectly heating the cleaning fluid inside the cylinder.

While an engine heater directly heats the cleaning fluid using a heating element, the hot air heater differs in that it heats the air passing through the heater before supplying it into the cylinder.

The hot air heater consists of a heater connection, an air connector, and a thermometer connector, and provides stable compressed air through a separate air supply unit. The air supply unit is equipped with a hot air heater connection connector, a power supply connector, a pneumatic supply connector, and an operating switch.

During operation, the hot air heater is inserted into the spark plug hole, and after connecting the control box to the air supply unit, it is configured to raise and maintain the cleaning fluid inside the cylinder at approximately 80°C ± 20°C.

Summary

The hot air heater is a pneumatic engine internal heating system that heats the cleaning fluid by supplying heated compressed air into the cylinder.

This product applies the latest technology to provide high precision and reliability. It delivers stable performance even under demanding measurement conditions required in industrial environments, and features a user-friendly interface that anyone can easily use.

Key Features

  • 1. Hot Air Circulation Heating Method
  • Air heated by a heater is supplied into the cylinder to indirectly heat the cleaning solution.
  • 2. Internal Cylinder Air Heating
  • It is designed to transfer heat throughout the entire interior space of the cylinder by supplying hot air through the spark plug hole.
  • 3. Air Supply Unit Interlocking
  • A separate dedicated air supply unit is used to stably supply the compressed air required for the hot air blower.
  • 4. 4-Channel Independent Temperature Control
  • Up to four hot air blowers can be controlled independently via the control box.
  • 5. Channel-Specific ON/OFF Function
  • The operation of the hot air blower for each cylinder can be controlled individually, allowing for selective heating based on working conditions.
  • 6. Digital Temperature Control
  • The temperature settings and operating status of each channel can be checked via the digital controller.
  • 7. Heater Structure Capable of Up to 700°C
  • The heater applied to the hot air blower is designed to reach a maximum temperature of 700°C, supporting air heating.
  • 8. Pneumatic Pressure Adjustment Function
  • The pneumatic pressure required for the operation can be adjusted via the regulator on the air supply unit. 9. Dedicated Connector System
  • The heater, air, and thermometer connections are each configured with dedicated connectors, facilitating easy connection and disconnection of the equipment.
  • 10. Cleaning Solution Temperature Maintenance
  • It can be used to heat the internal engine cleaning solution to approximately 80°C ± 20°C and maintain it for a certain period of time.
  • 11. Non-Contact Heating of the Engine Interior
  • Instead of directly heating the cleaning solution with a heater rod, heated air is utilized, enabling hot air-based heating of the engine interior.
  • 12. Systematization of Engine Cleaning Operations
  • The hot air blower, control box, and air supply unit are integrated into a single system to handle repetitive internal engine cleaning tasks.
